Invester in Marekt vs Voter in Election

It seems the mind of voters is very similar to that of stock market players:Hope and Reject. Wishfully hope something will happen in his/her favor: in vote, hope his/her favorable candidate can rise up and when that indeed happens, he/she will get very excited, very similar to the situation of price movement in stocks. More interesting, when something unfavorable happens, he/she very much tends to reject to believe and confront the facts.He/she will hope that unfavorable thing will go away and his/her candidate will come back again. due to the similarity, I guess that is why both voters and stock players are so easily being manipulated by information from media,internet, radio, etc. Very interesting.
